Project Description

• Jesse Sieden was recommended to Stupid Cancer by the Hyatt Regency and is excited to pursue this RFP. He is a photographer with extensive experience in capturing live events. He has brought in his frequent collaborator Darren Coyote Sarkin for videography.

• CancerCon:

  • Every year, hundreds of adolescents and young adults affected by cancer gather at CancerCon for a life-changing weekend. CancerCon is THE gathering for the adolescent and young adult cancer community. Each year, we bring together hundreds of patients, survivors, advocates and health professionals to learn, share, and build community. 

• Event: April 30 – May 3, 2026 | HYATT REGENCY SEATTLE

• Brief

  • ​Shots of keynote speakers, panel discussions, breakout sessions, activities and workshops. 

  • Candid snaps showing attendee interactions and excitement.

  • Group photos to capture the vibe.

  • Interviews facilitated by a Stupid Cancer team member: both studio interviews and roving interviews.

  • Single cam static record of open mic individual presenters with quality subject audio capture.

• Deliverables

  • ​Retouched gallery of photography images 

  • 30-second recap video

  • 90-sec Experience Film 

  • Ten (10) 90-sec videos from studio interviews (2 per interview)

  • Four (4) 60-90 sec sizzle reels (mix of b-roll & interviews - specific content TBD)

  • Organized, Processed, & Labeled Raw Files of photo + video content (client provides drive)

• Questions:​

  • You mention static records of individual presenters but don't mention that in the deliverables, would you like complete footage of those presentations? We would need a camera operator to manage a camera through the entirety of a presentation to guarantee a quality record. Package 3 accounts for this​.
