Return & Refund Policy

Wingspeak Productions (“we”, “our”, or “us”) offers creative services and products, including digital media and merchandise. We aim to ensure your satisfaction, and this policy explains our practices regarding returns and refunds.

1. Digital Services and Media Deliverables
Due to the nature of our work, all digital services and media deliverables (including, but not limited to, video files, edits, licensed music, and custom project work) are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Once a project is completed and delivered, all sales are final.
If there are technical issues with your deliverables or if something does not meet the scope agreed upon in your contract, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.

2. Merchandise (Apparel, Prints, Other Physical Goods)
We occasionally offer merchandise related to our creative projects. For these physical goods, the following policy applies:
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or in error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
We will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, limited-run art, or custom merchandise may not be eligible for return or refund unless defective.

3. How to Request a Return

- Your name and order number
- A brief explanation of the issue
- Clear photos (if applicable)
We’ll respond with return instructions or resolution steps within 2–3 business days.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
