BSides 2026 | Wingspeak

BSides Seattle is seeking a professional video team to document the February 2026 conference, ensuring high-quality coverage of all presentations. This year’s event will feature four rooms, totaling 64 presentations.
To effectively capture the content, we will have one videographer per room, each equipped with a camera dedicated to recording presentations. This year the slideshow recorder adapters will be replaced with MD-HX Decimators, these should translate any kind of laptop signal into something the projectors will recognize.
This year there will be a dedicated videographer for recording interviews, mini-interviews, and social media content.
Deliverables will be the 64x session videos, 5-7x interview videos, and 10x social media videos.

+10 Additional Vertical Social Media Videos.
- Currently 10 are included. An additional 10 would take one full edit day.
- We could probably create a total of 30 vertical videos.
- Cost: $600 per additional 10 videos.

Youtube and Social Media Posting
- We estimate uploading each session video to youtube would take around 5 min of prep, and 30 min of upload time. So about 4x days of managing uploads, with a total of 6 hours of spread out work.
- Scheduling social media posts is a little more complex, 10-20 videos would take 2-4 hours to upload.
- Cost: $600 for all posting.
