Project Overview

The United Indians All Tribes Foundation is seeking an aerial photographer to capture photo and video footage of the 3- day Powwow, July 18 - July 20, 2025. Additionally you have expressed interest in knowing the costs of livestream services and more edited deliverables.

We are FAA certified and insured by Skywatch. We have worked previously with the Seattle Parks Department and met all of their drone flying and permitting requirements.

Soaring Vision Package

For this we're offering a 10% Non-profit discount.
 

In this package we provide aerial photography primarily. We will use the DJI Mini Pro 4. This 4K drone is at the weight limit required by the FAA to fly close to humans.

The Director of Photography will also bring a 4K Sony Cinema Camera, the Sony FX3. To capture short clips for social media reels at no additional cost.

We will deliver raw footage from 3 days of filming the Powwow, as well as 3x short edited social media reels.

Bonfire Package

For this we're offering a 20% Non-profit discount.
 

In this package in addtion to the aerial photography we will provide livestream services. We will run 4x 15min livestreams throughout each day. These will combine drone, and camera footage. The livestreams can be hosted on whatever social media platforms you prefer, and can be crossposted between the different tribes for more visibility.

In addition to the deliverables above, we will create a fully edited 30-50 second horizontal video encapsulating the entire event, for use on your website. This video will be captioned. We will deliver a total of 6x short vertical social media videos, as well as 12x livestreams.

Full Circle Package

For this we're offering a 35% Non-profit discount.
 

This is the complete package for fully honoring the Powwow. This package includes enough resources to create lots of content celebrating the event: 2x cameras, 1x drone, 1x DP, 1x camera assistant, livestreaming gear, audio recording, and camera support.

With this much footage we can create a 30 minute feature film style video of the entire event. We will livestream 6x per day, up to 30 minutes each time. And deliver 10x vertical social media reels, photos, and 18x livestreams.
