Monthly planning meetings

• We will start with an in-person meeting between Zack, the DP (Coyote), and the editor (Rosie). After the initial meeting we can plan on monthly 2 hour video meetings to schedule the shoots. 

  • 2 hour meeting: $200​

 

Video Production

• DP will join Zack onsite for a number of events and capture footage with a single camera, Sony FX3 on a run&gun rig. Wireless mics will record audio for the duration of the shoot, consistently capturing Zach and whomever he is speaking with. Lighting will be included at no additional charge, but time to set it up needs to be considered.

• 3-4 short film shoots per month​​

  • Travel time is charged at the same hourly rate.

  • Each shoot needs to be at least 2 hours long.​

  • Onsite setup and strike need to be accounted for.

  • Offsite prep and cleanup not charged.

  • Hourly rate: $125

• Estimated monthly time:​

  • 9 hours = 3x 2 hour shoots + 1 hour travel each​

  • 12 hours = 3x 3 hour shoots + 1 hour travel each

• Total: $1125 - $1500

Post-Production

• We expect to generate 2-4 hours of content from 9-12 hours of shooting.

• This will take 2-3 days to edit into one ~10 minute episode.

• The editor will be in communication with Zach and suggest a rough story concept after the footage review. 2 rounds of notes are included.

• Day rate: $600

• Total $1200 - $1800
